Tyler has a long history in sales and was always fascinated and motivated by Real Estate and helping people buy and sell homes. Born and raised in Ames, IA, Elli has been immersed in the Real Estate industry her whole life. At a young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate and help people buy & sell their homes. She is driven and a people person. She loves to interact with different people every day. Over the span of her entire life, she has had the opportunity to be exposed to the Real Estate Industry, show hundreds of homes alongside her parents, assistant the office, and learn first hand from some of the best Realtors in the industry. She's used that experience to gain even more knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate market, today. Now, as a Buyer's Specialist on the Jennings Real Estate Team, she works with her own clients to help them along their home buying/selling journey. She loves the relationships that Real Estate brings. She believes that every family and client is different and everyone has a different story for why they are moving or selling. Her goal is to help her clients feel comfortable and informed during the home buying & selling process. She loves telling folks, "whether we have to look at 5 homes or 105, we will find you the one."
Abigail grew up surrounded by the real estate industry in Central Iowa. As a child, she spent many days with her parent's going to and from their real estate appointments and hanging out in their RE/MAX office. Which is how she became accustomed to the real estate industry very early in her life. As she got older, she realized her love for the Central Iowa area and all the people here. Which is why she chose to pursue her career as a realtor alongside her family. As a realtor, she enjoys helping people find that same love for the Central Iowa area. Abigail is a people-person, organized, and is very task-oriented. Which is why she knew that joining her family's business would be a perfect fit for her. Abigail represents buyers in the home-buying or their selling process. With her attention to detail, connections, and professionalism, her clients are sure to have a smooth home-buying process. Abigail says that getting to know her client's life stories is one of her favorite aspects of her profession, her relationships with her clients go far beyond the home buying process.

Julia graduated from the College of Business at Iowa State University and has made a career promoting local businesses with her marketing skills. Dori assists in making each transaction and sale run smoothly. A large role as the Transaction Coordinator is the behind the scenes work. Dori assists in communicating with the Team's clients in getting them the information they need, as well as what our team needs to finalize the transaction. She makes sure every detail of the transaction is handled with care. Her goal is to keep every party up to date, and knowledgeable about the entire buying and selling process.
