July 2018 Market Report

We are just starting to feel the seasonal slowdown in the market. The July 2018 residential housing market report showed fewer homes for sale, fewer days on the market and fewer homes sold compared to June. The average sold price was down from June but still up for the year. However, compared to a year ago, there were more homes on the market, more sold and the average sold price was higher in July 2018.
